We receive hundreds of emails a week so it is impossible to read lengthy and detailed relationship or court stories! Thanks.

 

Hours for Customer Service: Our customer service department is open to read email Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EDT. We are closed on legal holidays.

 

Response Window:

  • shipping frequency – most products are shipped twice weekly

PayPal Disputes: If you have a question about a product or service you ordered, please email us to help you with your product prior to contacting PayPal. Please Keep Your Receipts: Most importantly, please save your emailed product receipts from us and from PayPal – you may need to refer to information on the receipt in the future.

 

We Cannot Provide Emergency Services
We are not an emergency-based program who can meet with someone face-to-face during crisis. If you are in crisis, are physically unsafe, or emotionally crashing, you should first seek services in your local community prior to approaching The Institute. Indicating you are in crisis will result in suggesting you contact a mental health professional in your own community.

Check on Order Status Use this option to check on a product order that you have not yet received. PayPal Use this option to ask us questions related to using PayPal to pay for your purchase. Before you file a PayPal dispute, please use this option to contact us to see if we can resolve the issue. Refunds/Exchanges Use this option if you received a defective produce (we can exchange it). We do not grant refunds if you change your mind, particularly if it’s an e-product and you already downloaded it.
Tech Support Use this option if you are having problems downloading an e-product or if the download link we emailed you has expired. Shipping Use this option to ask questions about product shipping. If you haven’t received a product, please use the Check on Order Status option.
Service Questions:
Coaching Use this option to ask questions about coaching – prerequisites, assessments, cost, session content, etc. Retreats and 1:1 Intensives Use this option to ask questions about our retreats and 1:1 Intensives – prerequisites, cost, topics, lodging, etc. Support Groups Use this option to ask questions about our support groups – prerequisites, cost, registration dates, etc.
Newsletter:
Ask Sandra Use this option to submit questions for the “Ask Sandra” column in the newsletter. Important: your question must be limited to ONE paragraph. Sandra may answer the question in a future issue of The Institute’s newsletter. Newsletter Use this option to ask questions about your newsletter subscription. Do not use this to unsubscribe. You must unsubscribe yourself at the bottom of any newsletter, we can’t do it for you.
Media/Publishing:
Media Use this option if you are interested interviewing Sandra or getting her input on a film project. PermissionsUse this option if you want to request permission to quote some of The Institute or Sandra’s material, or if you are a writer and want Sandra to write a blurb for your book. Depending on other requests, this can take several weeks to complete. Sandra only provides blurbs for those books that are not self published or are not vanity presses.
