Refund and Exchange Info
- All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 90 days of original purchase date.
- In general, we do not grant refunds, particularly for electronic products you have already downloaded.
- If you order a physical product and it is defective, we will exchange it for a replacement product.
- If you lose a product we will NOT replace it for free. If you buy an e-product, it is your responsibility to make a backup copy.

When you email us for help on product orders, please include the following information:
- what you ordered
- the date you ordered it
- your PayPal email address if it's different than the one tied to your PayPal account
- the PayPal transaction ID number (this number is on your receipt from PayPal)

Shipping
- Physical products are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays via U.S.Mail - first class.
- If you have special shipping or address instructions, please enter them in the Note field in PayPal.

Q: I ordered and paid for an e-product and never got a download link.
First, check your junk mail folder in case the email with the download link was misrouted by your filter before contacting us.
Second, did you pay by e-check? Our system holds download links for products paid for by e-check. When your e-check clears, the system emails your download links to the email listed in your PayPal account.
